摘要: 目的:建立鲜槲寄生药材中紫丁香苷的含量测定方法,有效进行质量控制。方法:采用Sepax BR-C18色谱柱 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm),乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(7∶93)为流动相;流速1.0 mL·min-1;检测器波长264 nm。结果:紫丁香苷浓度在2.411~96.44μg·mL-1(r=0.999 0)范围内线性关系良好,方法的平均回收率(n=6)为96.1%,RSD=1.0%。结论:本方法简单、重现性好,可用于鲜槲寄生的质量控制

Abstract: Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of syringin in VISCI HERBA, so as to instruct the quality control of the Chinese patent medicine. Methods: HPLC analysis was carried out a Sepax BR-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile -0.1% Phosphoric acid solution (7∶93) with isocratic elution at the flow rate of 1 mL·min-1, the detector Wavelength was 264 nm. Results: The linear range of syringin was 2.411-96.44 μg·mL-1 (r=0.999 0). The average recovery (n=6) of syringin was 96.1% (RSD=1.0%). Conclusion: The establishment method is simple, prepared and reproducible, and can provide a reference for the application of the medicine.
