摘要： 通过分析Web of Science (WOS)数据库收录的卫生技术评估(Health Technology Assessment， HTA)研究引文，客观评价HTA的发展历程、现状、热点并预测其发展。利用VOS-viewer (version 1.6.9)与CiteSpace 5.5.R2软件分析文献引文的频次、期刊、作者，并分别生成引文、引文期刊、引文作者共现网络图、突发检测图、期刊双叠图。30 615篇引文大致分为5类：HTA的定义和概念；HTA的传播、实施及此过程存在的问题；如何才能促进HTA的发展；普众、患者在HTA中的参与问题；HTA的道德与伦理问题。引文来自13 460种期刊，“Int J Technol Assess Health Care” 期刊共现频次最多(2 846次)，其次是 “Value Health” 和 “Health Policy”，分别是707次和652次。引文期刊主要分为5大类：专科疾病类、卫生保健与服务类、卫生保健与经济类、肿瘤类、卫生保健与环境类。19 912位作者参与引文的发表，来自荷兰的Banta HD参与发文最多(372篇)，其次分别是来自约克大学的Drummond MF(359篇)和艾伯塔省医学传统研究基金会的Hailey D(182篇)。HTA是一个动态的、快速发展的学科，先后经历实施问题、具体定义、伦理问题、道德问题、普众及患者参与的研究过程。HTA相关的政策、环境、职业卫生、药学及经济问题将有可能继续成为研究热点。

Abstract: This study analyse the health technology assessment (HTA) research citations included in the Web of Science (WOS) database. The aim objectively evaluate the development process， study status， hot spots of HTA and predict its development. Use VOS-viewer (version 1.6.9) and CiteSpace 5.5.R2 software to analyze the frequency of citations， journals， and authors， and generate citations， citation journals， citation author co-occurrence network diagrams， burst detection diagrams， and journal double-stack diagram. The 30 615 citations are roughly divided into 5 categories： the definition and concept of HTA, the dissemination and implementation of HTA and the problems existing in this process， how to promote the development of HTA, the participation of ordinary people and patients in HTA， and the moral and ethics of HTA problem. The citations came from 13 460 journals. The “Int J Technol Assess Health Care” journals have the most frequent occurrences (2 846 times)， followed by “Value Health” and “Health Policy”， 707 times and 652 times respectively. Citation journals are mainly divided into five categories： specialist diseases， health care and services， health care and economics， oncology， health care and environment. 19 912 authors participated in the publication of citations， Banta HD from the Netherlands participated in the most published articles (372 articles)， followed by Drummond MF from York University (359 articles) and Hailey D from the Alberta Medical Traditional Research Foundation (182 articles). HTA is a dynamic and fast-developing discipline， which has experienced the research process of implementation issues， specific definitions， ethical issues， and ethical issues， popular and patient participation. HTA-related policies， environment， occupational health， pharmacy and economic issues will likely continue to be study hotspots.
