摘要/Abstract

摘要： 卫生技术评估的提出和实施对提高卫生资源的利用质量和效率有极大的推进作用。随着证据推荐分级的评估、制订与评价（GRADE）方法学的不断完善，在卫生技术评估中应用GRADE进行证据质量分级也逐渐增多。本文旨在介绍卫生技术评估和GRADE的定义和原理，并分析GRADE在卫生技术评估中应用的步骤和要点，以期为研究人员提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract: Health technology assessment (HTA) has played an important role in improving the utilization quality and efficiency of health resources. With the continuous improvement of the grading of recommendations assessment， development and evaluation (GRADE) methodology， the application of GRADE for grading the quality of evidence in HTA has gradually increased. This paper aimed to introduce the definitions and principles of HTA and GRADE， as well as the steps and key points of application of GRADE in HTA so as to provide reference for researchers.
