往复筒法测定碳酸锂缓释片溶出度的基本特征

摘要: 目的:探索溶出度往复筒测定法的基本特征,并总结影响碳酸锂缓释片溶出行为的关键步骤和关键参数。方法:采用往复筒装置进行溶出度实验,绘制溶出曲线,考察停留和滴水时间、溶出介质脱气和未脱气、往复速率和筛网孔径等因素对碳酸锂缓释片溶出行为的影响。结果: 停留时间10 s、滴水时间为50 s能满足实验要求,溶出介质是否脱气对碳酸锂缓释片溶出行为有不同影响,往复速率与溶出速率基本呈正相关,筛网孔径对溶出行为的影响较为复杂。结论: 溶出介质、往复速率和筛网孔径对溶出行为有重要影响。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the basic characteristics of the dissolution method for Lithium carbonate extended-release tablets by reciprocating cylinder apparatus, and to summarize the decisive steps and factors affecting the dissolution behavior of Lithium carbonate extended-release tablets. Methods: The dissolution experiments were carried out in a reciprocating cylinder apparatus, and the dissolution curves of Lithium carbonate extended-release tablets were drawn. The effects of hold time, drain time, degassing and non-degassing of the dissolved media, reciprocation speed and screen mesh size on dissolution behavior of Lithium carbonate extended-release tablets were investigated. Results: The hold time of 10 s and drain time of 50 s were meet the experimental requirements. Different dissolution curves of Lithium carbonate extended-release tablets were obtained by degassing and non-degassing dissolved media. The reciprocation speed was positively correlated with the dissolution speed. The effect of screen mesh size on dissolution behavior was complex. Conclusion: The dissolved media, reciprocating speed and screen mesh size have important effects on dissolution behavior of Lithium carbonate extended-release tablets.
