复方青蒿琥酯咯萘啶片中2种成分的红外光谱鉴别方法研究

A Study for the Identification of Two Components in Artesunate and Pyronaridine Tablets by Infrared Spectroscopy

摘要: 目的:建立复方青蒿琥酯咯萘啶片中青蒿琥酯和咯萘啶的红外鉴别方法。方法:采用不同溶剂对复方青蒿琥酯咯萘啶片中的青蒿琥酯和咯萘啶成分进行提取纯化,分别测定两种组分的红外光谱图。结果: 复方青蒿琥酯咯萘啶片经提取后,青蒿琥酯的红外光谱图与青蒿琥酯对照图谱和对照品图谱一致,咯萘啶的红外光谱图与同法处理的磷酸咯萘啶对照品光谱图一致。结论: 该方法简便、准确、专属性强,可用于复方青蒿琥酯咯萘啶片中2种成分的鉴别,有利于其质量控制。

Abstract: Objective: To establish an infrared spectroscopy(IR) method to identify the two components of artesunate and pyronaridine in Artesunate and Pyronaridine Tablets. Methods: Different solvents was used to extract and purify of artesunate and pyronaridine in Artesunate and Pyronaridine Tablets, and the infrared spectra of the two components were measured respectively. Results: After extracting and purifying of the Artesunate and Pyronaridine Tablets, the infrared absorption spectrum of artesunate is concordant with the spectrum obtained from artesunate RS or with the reference spectrum of artesunate. The infrared absorption spectrum of pyronaridine is concordant with the spectrum obtained from pyronaridine tetraphosphate RS. Conclusion: This method is simple and accurate. It can be used to identify the two components of artesunate and pyronaridine in Artesunate and Pyronaridine Tablets,which is conducive to the quality control.
