摘要/Abstract

摘要： 器官移植后可能出现免疫排斥、感染等并发症，现临床主要通过对移植组织标本进行活检，进一步评估供体质量，诊断移植后的排斥反应等并发症。为了避免活检出现的出血、感染等不良反应，以非编码RNA为基础的基因诊断和治疗在器官移植免疫排斥中应运而生，本文就非编码RNA在器官移植中的研究进展作一综述。

Abstract: After organ transplantation may occur complications such as immune rejection and infection. The current clinical practice is to conduct biopsy of transplanted tissue samples to further evaluate the quality of the donor and diagnose complications such as rejection after transplantation. In order to avoid adverse reactions such as bleeding and infection caused by biopsy， genetic diagnosis and treatment based on non-coding RNA have emerged in the immune rejection of organ transplantation. This article briefly reviews the research progress of non-coding RNA in organ transplantation.
