Abstract: Objective： Based on the investigation and analysis of the current status of drug use knowledge， behaviors and attitudes of residents over 19 in Kunming， it provides decision-makers with relevant intervention strategies and provides reference for the content and methods of drug safety science popularization. Methods： Through the online WeChat questionnaire star and offline paper questionnaire collocation method， independent sample T test， single factor analysis of variance and multiple linear regression analysis methods were used to analyze the influencing factors of Kunming residents′ knowledge， attitudes and behaviors about medication. Results： A total of 537 questionnaires were obtained and 500 valid questionnaires were obtained.The average scores of residents′ knowledge， attitude and behavior on medication use were (67.88±24.17)， (57.88±10.15)， (31.91±8.24)， respectively. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender， age， education level， etc.， are factors affecting residents′ knowledge of drug use，work status and occupation and so on are the influencing factors of residents′ medication behavior. The scores of on-the-job medication behavior are lower than those of retired and unemployed/unemployed，age， education level， etc. are the influence of residents′ medication attitude Factors， with the increase of age， the score of medication attitude decreases，the lower the education level， the lower the score of medication attitude. Conclusion： Some residents over the age of 19 in Kunming have a certain degree of control over the use of drugs， but there are still hidden dangers in drug safety， and further effective measures need to be taken to strengthen drug use education for drug users.
