摘要: 目的:比较8种不同基原鲜竹沥中苯酚、对甲基苯酚和对乙基苯酚的含量,为鲜竹沥的质量标准研究提供参考。方法:采用HPLC波长切换法测定不同基原鲜竹沥中的苯酚、对甲基苯酚和对乙基苯酚的含量。结果:不同基原中鲜竹沥中苯酚、对甲基苯酚和对乙基苯酚的含量相差较大,且毛竹、毛金竹以及粉绿竹的含量远大于其他5个竹种。结论:该方法准确稳定,重复性好,可为鲜竹沥的质量标准研究提供参考。

Abstract: Objective: To compare the Phenol、Para-methyl phenol and Para-ethyl phenol content of Xianzhuli of 8 originals and provide a reference for quality standard research of Xianzhuli. Methods:The Phenol、Para-methyl phenol and Para-ethyl phenol content in different original of Xianzhuli were analyzed by HPLC with variable wavelength. Results: The contents of phenol, p-methyl phenol and p-ethyl phenol in Xianzhuli were different from each other, and the contents of Phyllostachys pubescens Mazel ex H.de Leh. var. henonis (Mitford) Stapf ex Rendle.and Phyllostachys glauca McClure were much higher than those of the other five originals. Conclusion: This accurate,stable and reproducible method can provide reference for the quality standard research of Xianzhuli.
