ICP-MS法测定中药白术重金属有害元素及风险评估

Determination of Heavy Metals and Harmful Elements in Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma by ICP-MS and Risk Assessment

摘要: 目的:采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定中药白术铜、铅、砷、镉、汞5种重金属的含量,并根据测定结果进行健康风险评估。方法:样品经微波消解后,以锗、铟、铋为内标,进行ICP-MS测定铜(Cu)、铅(Pb)、砷(As)、镉(Cd)、汞(Hg)5种元素,根据测定结果采用靶标危害系数法(THQ)进行健康风险评估。结果:Cu、Pb、As、Cd和Hg 5种待测元素的线性关系良好(r≥0.999 2),回收率为88.8%~108.4%;RSD的范围为2.2%~5.4%。风险评估结果显示白术中的重金属及有害元素所致安全性风险较低。结论:该方法为中药白术中的重金属及有害元素测定和风险评估提供了科学依据。

Abstract: Objective:The five heavy metals of Cu, Pb, As, Cd and Hg in Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma were determined by plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS), and the risk assessment was carried out according to the determination results.Methods:After microwave digestion, the samples were determined by ICP-MS with germanium, indium and bismuth as internal standards, and the five elements of Cu, Pb, As, Cd, Hg were determined. According to the determination results, the target hazard quotients(THQ) method was used for health risk assessment. Results: The linear relationships of Cu, Pb, As, Cd, Hg were good(r≥0.999 2), and the recovery were 88.8%-108.4%. RSD ranges from 2.2% to 5.4%. The results of risk assessment showed that the contents of heavy metals and harmful elements in Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma were low risk to human health. Conclusion: This method provides scientific basis for the determination and risk assessment of heavy metals and harmful elements in Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma.
