壮药横经席化学成分、药理作用及质量控制研究进展

Research Progress on Chemical Components, Pharmacology and Quality Control of Zhuang Medicine Calophylli Herba

摘要: 横经席的基原植物为藤黄科红厚壳属植物薄叶红厚壳Calophyllum membranaceum Gardn. et Champ,在广西壮药中具有较长的使用历史,一般以全株入药。迄今为止,已从横经席中分离鉴定了85个呫吨酮、24个色原酮、12个萜类和7个香豆素类成分。药理研究显示,该药材具有抗肿瘤、抗炎等作用。质量控制目前尚缺乏系统的研究。本文对横经席的化学成分、药理作用和质量控制进行综述,为其进一步开发利用及质量标准的提升提供参考。

Abstract: The origin plant of Calophylli Herba is Calophyllum membranaceum Gardn., a plant of the family Clusiaceae. Its whole plant has a long history in Guangxi and used as the Zhuang medicine. Previous chemical studies recealed that its major and active ingredients are xanthones, chromones, terpenes and coumarins. Up to now, 85 xanthones, 24 chromone, 12 terpenoids and 7 coumarins have been isolated and identified from this herb. Pharmacological studies demonstrated that Calophylli Herba have anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory activities. There are few research reports on quality control. This article summarized the research progress on the chemical components, pharmacological effects, and quality control of Calophylli Herba, so as to provide reference for their further development and utilization, as well as for the improvement of quality standards.
