Abstract: Based on literature research and expert opinions， we established a drug accessibility assessment model to explore the method and application of public drug accessibility under public health emergencies. The evaluation method establishes channel accessibility， drug abundance， and supply timeliness as evaluation indicators， uses the random forest model to obtain the contribution of indicators as weights， and integrates the scores of each indicator to gain the drug accessibility evaluation model. The model is also used to evaluate the public drug accessibility in different regions of Tianjin in Jan， 2023. This article explores and practices the construction of a drug accessibility evaluation model， in order to provide a basis for formulating more reasonable response measures to sudden public health emergencies.
