ICP-MS法比较毛山药和光山药重金属及有害元素含量

Comparison the Content s of Heavy Metals and Harmful Elements in Dioscoreae Rhizoma by ICP-MS

摘要: 目的:比较毛山药和光山药中铜、汞、铅、砷、镉5种重金属及有害元素的含量。方法:采用微波消解法制备供试品溶液,以锗、铟、铋为内标,电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定毛山药和光山药中铜、汞、铅、砷、镉5种元素的含量。结果:铜、汞、铅、砷、镉5种待测元素的线性关系良好(r≥0.999 5),回收率为82.4%~103.6%;RSD的范围为2.4%~5.9%。含量测定结果显示,和毛山药相比,光山药中5种重金属及有害元素含量均明显下降,铜残留量下降60.41%~73.57%。结论:和毛山药相比,光山药中含有更低含量的重金属及有害元素残留量。

Abstract: Objective: To compare the contents of five heavy metals and harmful elements (Cu, Pb, As, Cd and Hg) in Maoshanyao and Guangshanyao. Methods: The sample solution was prepared by microwave digestion, and the contents of Cu, Pb, As, Cd and Hg were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) with Germanium, indium and bismuth as internal standard. Results: The linear relationships of Cu, Pb, As, Cd and Hg were good (r≥0.999 5), and the recoveries were 82.4%-103.6%. RSD range was 2.4% to 5.9%. The content determination results showed that compared with Maoshanyao, the content of five heavy metals and harmful elements in Guangshanyao significantly decreased, and the proportion of copper residue reduction was 60.41%-73.57%. Conclusion: Compared with Maoshanyao, Guangshanyao contains lower levels of heavy metals and harmful elements residues.
