Determination of Pb、Cd、As、Hg、Cu in Solanum lyratum Thunb extract by Microwave Digestion - Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry

摘要: 目的:建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定白英提取物中的铅、镉、砷、汞、铜。方法:样品经过微波消解处理,分别以Ge、In、Bi作为内标,采用ICP-MS法同时测定5种元素的残留量。结果:所测元素标准曲线的相关系数r均大于0.999,回收率为94%~108%,RSD为3.5%~8.9%。结论:本方法准确、快速,可用与白英提取物中重金属及有害元素的残留量测定。

Abstract: Objective: To establish a determination method of Pb、Cd、As、Hg、Cu in Solanum lyratum Thunb extract by ICPMS. Methods: The sample was degisted by microwave digestion, using ICP-MS method to determined five kinds of element at the same time with using Ge、In、Bi as the internal standard. Results: The correlation coefficients of determined elements were all greater than 0.999, the rates of recovery were between 94% to 108%, and the RSD was between 3.5% to 8.9%. Conclusion: The heavy metal analysis will be accurate and rapid by using this method, and it can be used in determination of Pb、Cd、As、Hg、Cu in Solanum lyratum Thunb extract
