中药材抑菌活性研究及发展探析

Research and Development Analysis on the Antibacterial Activity of Chinese Medicinal Materials

摘要: 本研究通过对具有活血化瘀、养血益气、通经活络作用,治疗冠心病、高脂血症等心血管中药制剂的微生物限度检查方法适用性试验研究,发现有些中药制剂具有很强的抑菌作用。一般具有清热解毒作用的中药制剂中普遍含有金银花、连翘、黄芩、蒲公英、大青叶、板蓝根等中药材,这些中药材抗菌消炎作用明显。筛选本地16种具有活血化瘀、养血益气、通经活络作用的中药制剂进行微生物限度检查方法适用性试验,均显示具有抑菌作用。统计这些中药制剂的部分中药材组成成分,通过查阅大量资料,发现20种中药材均具有抑菌作用,有些成分抑菌、杀菌效果显著,分析中药制剂抑菌活性的作用机制,为中药的研制开发及质量控制提供参考。

Abstract: Through a study on the microbial limit test method suitability testing of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) preparations with effects such as promoting blood circulation and resolving blood stasis, nourishing blood and replenishing qi, and dredging meridians and activating collaterals—used in treating cardiovascular diseases like coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia—it was discovered that some preparations exhibit strong antimicrobial activity. Notably, TCM formulations with heat-clearing and detoxifying properties commonly contain herbs such as Lonicerae Japonicae Flos, Forsythiae Fructus, Scutellariae Radix,TaraxaciHerba, Isatidis Folium, and Isatidis Radix which are widely recognized for their significant antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects. In this study, 16 locally sourced TCM preparations with the aforementioned cardiovascular therapeutic effects were screened for microbial limit testing, all demonstrating inhibitory activity against microorganisms. By analyzing the herbal compositions of these preparations and reviewing extensive literature, 20 herbal components were identified to possess antibacterial properties, with certain constituents exhibiting particularly potent bacteriostatic or bactericidal effects. These findings highlight that the antimicrobial activity of TCM preparations is primarily attributed to their bioactive herbal constituents. This research provides valuable insights for the development, formulation, and quality control of pharmaceutical products.
