元胡止痛滴丸联合养血清脑颗粒对偏头痛患者影响的研究

Effect of Yuanhu Zhitong Dropping Pill Combined with Yangxue Qingnao Granules on Migraine Patients

摘要: 目的:探讨元胡止痛滴丸联合养血清脑颗粒治疗偏头痛患者的疗效及作用机制。方法:选取2023年6月至2024年4月在我院接受诊疗的102例偏头痛患者,按治疗方案不同分为对照组(52例)与观察组(50例)。对照组给予养血清脑颗粒治疗,观察组采用元胡止痛滴丸联合养血清脑颗粒治疗。对比两组临床疗效、不良反应发生率,以及治疗前后脑血流动力学指标(包括脑后动脉PCA、大脑中动脉MCA、大脑前动脉ACA)、血管内皮功能指标(5-羟色胺5-HT、内皮素ET、一氧化氮NO)和血清炎症因子水平(超敏C反应蛋白hs-CRP、细胞间黏附因子-1 ICAM-1、肿瘤坏死因子TNF-α、降钙素基因相关肽CGRP)。结果:观察组临床总有效率(90.00%)显著高于对照组(75.00%,P<0.05);治疗后,观察组PCA、MCA、ACA水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);5-HT、ET、NO水平亦低于对照组(P<0.05);hs-CRP、CGRP、TNF-α、ICAM-1水平降低幅度大于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率(观察组12.00%,对照组9.62%)无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:元胡止痛滴丸联合养血清脑颗粒治疗偏头痛疗效确切,不仅能调节脑血流动力学、改善血管内皮功能,还可有效抑制体内炎症反应,且安全性良好。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effect of Yuanhu Zhitong Dropping Pill combined with Yangxue Qingnao Granules in migraine patients. Methods: A total of 102 migraine patients treated in our hospital from June 2023 to April 2024 were randomly divided into a control group (n=52) and an observation group (n=50) based on different treatment protocols. The control group received Yangxue Qingnao Granules, whereas the observation group received a combination of Yuanhu Zhitong Dropping Pill and Yangxue Qingnao Granules. The clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups, as well as the levels of cerebral hemodynamics [posterior cerebral artery (PCA), middle cerebral artery (MCA), anterior cerebral artery (ACA)], vascular endothelial function [5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT), endothelin (ET), nitric oxide (NO)], and serum inflammatory factors [high-sensitivity C-Reactive protein (hs-CRP), intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1), tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α, calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP)] before and after treatment. Results: The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%, which was higher than that of the control group (75.00%) (P<0.05); the levels of PCA, MCA, and ACA in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment (P<0.05). The levels of 5-HT, ET, and NO in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment (P<0.05); the decrease in the levels of hs-CRP, CGRP, TNF-α, and ICAM-1 in the observation group after treatment was greater than that in the control group (P<0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 12.00%, which was not significantly different from the control group′s 9.62% (P>0.05). Conclusion: The combination of Yuanhu Zhitong Dropping Pill and Yangxue Qingnao Granules has a significant effect in treating migraine, which can not only regulate cerebral hemodynamics, improve vascular endothelial function, but also inhibit inflammatory reaction in vivo, and has certain safety.
